On the afternoon of November 29th, a set of containerized multi process intelligent sewage treatment equipment was successfully loaded and shipped after strict factory inspection. At that time, the equipment will serve the wastewater treatment project of a food processing plant in Tambov, Russia.

This wastewater project requires the implementation of the discharge standards set by the Russian Fisheries Agency (COD ≤ 30mg/l, BOD5 ≤ 3mg/l, SS ≤ 10mg/l, TN ≤ 9.5mg/l, NH3-N ≤ 0.4mg/l, TP ≤ 1.2mg/l, pH=6-8). The discharge requirements for ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus are higher than the domestic Class IV standards for surface water. The high discharge standards for this project are a design challenge. When receiving the task, the Chuanyuan R&D team had sufficient communication with the customer and designed this A ²/O+MBBR+MBR multi process intelligent sewage treatment equipment. It successfully achieved the goal of meeting the effluent quality standards, equipment failure diagnosis, early warning, and remote monitoring, which can effectively reduce facility operation costs, human maintenance costs, and save land area. It will bring dual benefits in terms of economy and environment to the customer.
