Project Overview:
Changle Sapphire Water Development Co., Ltd. is an enterprise mainly engaged in water resource allocation, water supply and drainage. Its main business includes river management, urban flood control, sewage treatment, and reclaimed water reuse. In response to the national energy conservation and emission reduction work, it has improved the implementation of dual control of energy consumption intensity and total amount, organized and implemented energy conservation and emission reduction, and the Sichuan Energy team visited customers to communicate and understand their needs. After understanding the relevant situation on site, the technical department immediately started to promote it.
There are 2 sludge conditioning tanks in this project, with a tank type of 4 * 4 * 4 meters and an actual water depth of about 3.5 meters. The sewage medium concentration is about 2%, and the chloride ion concentration is around 2000mg/L. In the early stage, one blade type agitator was used, with a rated power of 7.5KW, and there was visual shaking of the agitator on site. Taking into account the customer's energy-saving needs, after communication with the technical department, MJN product selection is MJN-1650/1-1.5KW. Calculated based on full load operation at rated power, it saves 80% of power compared to the original product
