A sewage treatment plant in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province currently has two sludge storage tanks, both measuring 11.25 * 10 * 4.98m, used to store sludge generated by front-end processes. The original system was equipped with two submersible mixers per pool, but during long-term operation, the equipment was damaged and the guide rod broke, causing the equipment to fall into the pool. This not only affected the normal workflow, but also increased maintenance costs and safety risks. In order to thoroughly solve these problems, the factory has decided to introduce our MJN full flow mixing system for renovation.
Analysis of Existing Equipment Issues
Equipment malfunction: The original submersible mixer was exposed to harsh working conditions for a long time, resulting in frequent mechanical failures and ultimately the equipment falling into the pool, posing a safety hazard.
Difficulty in maintenance: Once the equipment malfunctions, it requires a lot of time and manpower to salvage and repair, seriously affecting daily operations.

In response to the above issues, our technical team has carefully considered and selected the MJN full flow mixing system, with the following specific parameters:

No need for underwater bearings: suitable for mud storage tank environments up to 4.98 meters deep, no additional installation of underwater bearings is required, simplifying the system structure and reducing potential failure points.
Efficient and low-noise: Standard SEW motor reducer with low noise, high efficiency, and long oil change cycle ensures smooth operation of the equipment under various working conditions.
Implementation steps
Opening lifting holes: According to the installation requirements of the new equipment, a lifting hole is opened at the center of the mud storage tank to facilitate subsequent equipment installation and maintenance operations.
Ground installation of propeller blades: After the propeller blades are connected, they are lifted into the pool and supported by flanges on steel beams.
Installation plan preparation: Weld the I-shaped steel frame according to the drawing to support the mixing equipment.
Equipment assembly: Align the steel seals of the liquid drive shaft and the liquid mixing shaft, then place the installation base plate on the steel frame plane and weld it in place.
