Project Overview
The anoxic tank of a water plant in Jiaxing, Zhejiang (size: 24.7m × 15m × 8.3m, volume approximately 3075m ³) is mainly used for pre-treatment of sewage and plays a key role in improving its biodegradability. The pool was originally equipped with a 15kW imported mixer. There are significant problems found during long-term operation: insufficient blade coverage cannot effectively cover the entire bottom of the pool, forming a "dead angle" for mixing, high failure rate of motor reducers in the pool, difficult maintenance, and high maintenance costs.

Solution
The Chuanneng technical team went deep into the site, accurately measured the structure of the pool body, and based on the actual situation on site, developed a targeted Chuanneng MJN customized solution with the following specific parameters:

Efficient and energy-saving, compared to the original 15kW equipment, the 11kW power is reduced, but the mixing efficiency is significantly improved.

Effect acceptance
Only 5 minutes after MJN started running, the water flow pattern in the pool changed. The stubborn sediment that had been deposited at the bottom of the pool for many years was quickly stirred, lifted, and evenly suspended in the pool body by strong water flow, achieving full coverage of the pool bottom without dead corners and effectively preventing the formation of new sediment. While achieving better mixing effect, the operating power of a single device is reduced by 4kW, which can save considerable electricity costs in long-term operation.
