The standardized, universal, and modular design of ISH/ISP centrifugal pumps significantly reduces the specifications and quantity of pump bodies, intermediate bearings, impellers, seals, and other components, effectively reducing the cost of product manufacturing and management, and accelerating delivery speed.

Adding up pump efficiency and energy-saving potential

The Chuanyuan R&D team applied fluid simulation analysis technology to optimize and upgrade the hydraulic model, and adopted lost foam and film sand casting processes for precision casting. After testing, the energy-saving performance of all pumps in the series is excellent and meets the GB19762 standard.

ISH/ISP centrifugal pumps can be equipped with sensors at reserved design positions, which can be combined with Chuanyuan Smart IoT System to achieve real-time monitoring, predictive alarm, fault analysis, energy efficiency analysis, and operational status optimization of the equipment. In addition, Chuanyuan can also customize energy-saving solutions for water pump systems for energy-saving renovation users, helping them tap into the energy-saving potential of the system.
