Principle of waste heat closed sludge drying system
Convert the waste heat of flue gas or steam condensate, steam, etc. into hot water at 85-90 ℃ through a heat recovery system, and heat the air of the line body through a heat exchange system to obtain dry hot air. After passing through the mesh belt, it is converted into humid and hot air with a humidity of over 50% and a temperature between 40-60 ℃. The humid and hot air is circulated through the fan into the cold water coil, where it exchanges heat with cooling water at around 33 ℃. The humid hot air reaches the dew point temperature, and the water vapor condenses into water and is discharged. The dry air exchanges with hot water at 90 ℃ again, repeating the cycle. The entire process circulates air in a closed space without emitting exhaust gas, meeting national environmental protection requirements.
