Principle of heat pump type box type low-temperature sludge drying equipment
When the equipment is running, the air in the drying room is in a closed cycle. The air inside the drying room penetrates the sludge hopper and flows through the sludge. The moisture evaporated from the sludge increases the humidity of the air inside the drying box. The humid air flows through the evaporator of the heat pump, cools down, and discharges condensed water. The refrigerant releases the heat energy of the humid air it previously absorbed in the evaporator at the condenser, heats and dehumidifies the air, and the hot air flowing out of the condenser returns to the heat pump sludge drying room to continue drying the sludge. When the sludge drying room reaches the predetermined temperature, the external air condenser works to remove excess heat from the drying room and prevent the temperature inside the drying room from continuing to rise. When drying with a dehumidification heat pump, the air circulates in a closed loop between the drying chamber and the dehumidification dryer (without emitting any exhaust gas).

The fan in the air duct is treated with anti-corrosion to ensure that the accessories of the air duct are protected from corrosion and the service life of the equipment is longer. The motor adopts a high-temperature resistant motor, which ensures better product performance and quality.

5) The unit adopts a design of spraying liquid to reduce the exhaust temperature, ensuring that the compressor will not operate beyond the working conditions at high condensation temperatures.
6) The equipment adopts a box type aluminum alloy frame structure, and the inner and outer panels of the air duct are made of stainless steel plates, embedded with polyurethane foam material with excellent thermal insulation performance.
