Scope of application
The main principle of the waste heat recovery device of the heat setting machine is to use the heat of high-temperature exhaust gas to heat the air through a heat exchanger, increase the temperature of the air entering the heat setting machine, and reduce the energy required for heating the air. The energy can be medium pressure steam or natural gas.
There is nothing special about heat exchange, just a common gas to gas heat exchange method. However, due to the special nature of the heat setting machine process, impurities and oil mist are contained in the exhaust gas. If not removed during the heat exchange process, they will accumulate on the wall of the heat exchanger, forming a diaphragm, causing a serious decrease in heat exchange efficiency and possibly blocking the heat exchanger, making the heat recovery system unable to operate. So whether the system can achieve good waste heat recovery effect mainly depends on the scientific rationality and economy of the decontamination ability and method.
