Scope of application
A cooling tower is a device that lowers water temperature by exchanging heat and cold between water and air flow, producing water vapor. The water vapor evaporates and carries away heat, thereby lowering the water temperature. There are various heat dissipation methods in this process, including evaporative heat dissipation, contact heat dissipation, and radiation heat dissipation, but the main method still relies on evaporative heat dissipation to dissipate about 75% of the heat. The function of a cooling tower is to absorb heat from the system using circulating cooling water, and then discharge the heat into the atmosphere through the cooling tower, achieving the purpose of dissipating waste heat in the system.
1. High low combination variable flow nozzle technology (core):
Under variable flow conditions of 25-125%, maintain uniform nozzle dispersion and evenly hang a water film on the packing to ensure stable cooling performance of the tower group. The cooling performance degradation is extremely low under low flow conditions.
2、Fully connected water distribution technology:
Through fully connected water distribution trays, all packing areas in the tower group participate in cooling and heat exchange at any flow load, providing higher cooling performance than conventional tower groups.
3. Self operated rectifier check valve technology:
When the fan is started, the air valve automatically opens; When the fan stops, the air valve automatically closes to prevent hot air from flowing back.
4、Wind path connected common cavity technology:
Running any fan of the tower group can cool all the fillers in the tower group by introducing air.
5、Advantages of Control System Technology (Core)
Real time and automatic collection of heat exchange load, high-precision inlet and outlet water temperature, outdoor dry and wet bulb temperature, circulating water flow and liquid level, fan speed and other data. Intelligent calculation of the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the entire system, real-time tracking of cooling approximation, and control of the operating conditions of the cooling fan and circulating water pump at the high-efficiency operating point. Provide cooling water temperature that meets user needs with lower energy consumption, ensuring that the cooled object operates within a reasonable energy efficiency range under constantly changing environmental climate and system load conditions.
