Scope of application

The full flow mixing system is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical engineering, energy, and light industry where solid, liquid, and gas agitation and mixing are required. It is particularly suitable for coagulation tanks, regulating tanks, anaerobic tanks, nitrification and denitrification tanks, sludge conditioning and homogenization tanks in sewage treatment processes. The unique installation method of the motor above the liquid level in the MJN full flow mixing system is particularly suitable for working in high temperature and high concentration liquid environments.

Technical Features

A typical axial mixing system has excellent anti settling and mixing effects in the water treatment industry.

Adopting high-efficiency and energy-saving propellers with variable cross-section and twist angle, the pressure head from the root to the edge of the blade is consistent, resulting in more thorough mixing, and the actual power consumption can be reduced to 2 W/m ³.

Within a pool depth of 15 meters, there is no need to install bottom bearings, and there is no need to clean the pool for renovation and replacement, making it convenient and fast.
